This website seems to be correct to me when it says that we do not know how to live in cities. Its interest in environmental and human health indicators is laudable. However, its major focus on "marketplaces" , "global and corporate leaders", "macroeconomics" and "armchair" individuals appears to me to be an indicator of that very lack of ability to understand how to live in cities. Health and sustainability within cities requires local microeconomics and, more important, local decision making, culture and engagement. Macro-economics is a major causal factor in "calamity risk" creation.
